Apple Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. nuts
6 apples, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. white sugar
6 chopped apples
3/4 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Sift together flour, soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Mix together with butter, sugars and apples.
Mix in nuts and raisins. Put in a large baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, or until it pulls away from sides of pan.
