Spinach 7 Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. torn spinach
    3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 small red onion, separated into rings
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. small peas
    1 1/4 c. mayo
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    1/2 c. sour cream
    grated Parmesan cheese
    shredded Swiss cheese
    6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Put half of spinach in shallow bowl.
    Add eggs and the rest of the spinach.
    Top with onion rings and peas.
    Mix mayo, yogurt and sour cream.
    Spread over top and sprinkle with cheeses and bacon. Cover; refrigerate overnight.
