Sweet And Spicy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breast cut in 1/2 inch cubes
    3 Tbsp. taco seasoning
    1 - 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    11 oz. jar chunky salsa
    1/2 c. peach preserves
Preparation
    Coat chicken in taco seasoning and brown in oil, drain. Combine salsa and preserves stir into skillet.
    Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 2 to 3 minutes or till chicken is no longer pink.
    Simmer till desired thickness.
    Serve over rice.
