Tomatoes Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large tomatoes, thinly sliced
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dried basil leaves or 1 Tbsp. fresh basil leaves
    2 green onions, finely chopped, including tops
Preparation
    Arrange tomatoes in bowl.
    Whisk together the oil, vinegar, sugar and basil.
    Stir in onions.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour over tomatoes.
    Marinate for a couple of hours.
