Flank Steak Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large piece flank steak
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. minced fresh ginger
Preparation
    Marinate steak for several hours in the mixture of remaining ingredients.
    Broil for 4 minutes on a side for rare or to desired doneness.
    Slice thinly diagonally and arrange on a platter. Makes 6 servings.
