German Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 carrots, cut in julienne strips
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. beer
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    dill weed
Preparation
    Saute for 5 minutes.
    Add beer, salt, pepper, sugar and sprinkle with dill weed.
    Cover and cook until beer is absorbed and carrots tender.
    Then saute for a few more minutes.
