Ingredients

3 medium zucchini, grated
2 unbeaten eggs
3 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. chopped chives
1/4 tsp. parsley
pinch of garlic powder
salt and pepper
Preparation

Grate the zucchini into a bowl and drain.
Stir in the eggs, flour, Parmesan cheese, chives, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
If mixture looks too liquidy, add 1 more tablespoon flour.
Drop the batter onto oiled skillet (like pancakes). Brown.
