Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked and boned
    3 or 4 ribs celery, chopped
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 or 3 bell peppers, chopped
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 c. grated cheese or 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 c. cooked rice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook chicken, cool and debone.
    Cook vegetables in 2 cups chicken broth.
    Add mushrooms, soup and chili powder.
    Mix well. Add chicken and 3 cups cooked rice.
    Mix well and put into large casserole.
    Top with cheese and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
