Lo-Cal Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large diet raspberry or strawberry gelatin
1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. cranberries
1 small apple
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 banana, chopped
1/2 c. orange juice
Preparation

Mix and set aside gelatin and water.
Chop in blender the cranberries (I use canned cranberries) and apple.
Add gelatin and mix well.
Add pineapple, banana and orange juice.
Chill in favorite dish or gelatin mold and serve.
