French Fried Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
    dash of salt and pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    vegetable oil for frying
Preparation
    Separate mushrooms, cap and stem.
    Rinse and pat dry.
    Combine salt and pepper with flour.
    First put mushrooms in flour.
    Roll in egg and then in bread crumbs.
    Fry in hot oil.
    Drain on paper towel.
