Chicken-Chipped Beef Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breasts, deboned and skinned
8 strips bacon
1/2 jar dried beef
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Roll chicken breasts and wrap 1 strip bacon around each and pin with toothpick.
Place dried beef flat in bottom of 9 x 11 x 2-inch baking dish.
Place rolled chicken on dried beef.
Cook, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Remove and add over top sour cream and mushroom soup (which is mixed together).
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Serves 8.
