Escalloped Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    Ritz crackers (1 roll plus a few)
Preparation
    Coarsely shred cabbage and cook about 10 minutes, until barely tender.
    In a buttered baking dish, put a layer of cabbage.
    Then, put slices of cheese and crumbled crackers.
    Repeat layers until gone.
    Pour milk over; cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
