Homemade Pizza Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. very warm water
3 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
Preparation

Sprinkle yeast over warm water to dissolve.
Stir together flour and salt in a large bowl.
Make a well in center.
Add yeast mixture and oil.
Stir until rough dough forms.
Turn out onto lightly floured surface.
Knead until smooth and elastic.
Shape into ball.
Place in greased bowl.
Turn to coat.
Cover and let rise until doubled, about 45 minutes.
Punch down and divide into two parts.
(Dough may be frozen at this point, up to 2 months.) Roll out dough to fit pizza pan and let rise in pan 15 minutes. Bake crust at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Add toppings and bake 15 minutes longer.
