Fried Bananas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Stir dry ingredients together.
    Add eggs, milk and oil.
    If mixture becomes too thick, add 1 tablespoon milk.
    Cut bananas into 2 to 3-inch pieces.
    Dip into Tempura batter and fry quickly in very hot oil until golden brown.
    Blot on paper towels and serve while hot.
