Daddy Lutz'S Oyster Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf stale Risings French bread
    1 qt. oysters in their juice
    4 large onions, chopped fine
    1 small stalk celery, chopped fine
    2 bunches shallots, chopped fine
    1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped fine
    6 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste (remember oysters may be salty)
    broth from baked turkey
Preparation
    In black skillet fry onions in a little oil.
    In bowl mix other seasonings, chopped oysters and juice, crumbled French bread, eggs, salt and pepper.
    Fry in a little oil skilletfuls of this mixture until it becomes dry.
    Put broth and all of the fried down oysters and seasonings, baked giblets and neck in a shallow baking pan.
    Bake until thick gravy consistency.
