Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sliced squash
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 box stuffing mix
1 stick butter
Preparation

Prepare stuffing mix by directions on box.
Place half of stuffing mix in the bottom of 2 liter casserole dish.
Combine all other ingredients together until mixed well.
Pour mixture over stuffing and cover with other half of remaining stuffing mix. Bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
