Artichoke Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and cut in half
    1 small onion, diced
    1 garlic clove, minced
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 lb. Jack cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Drain marinade from 1 jar of artichokes into frypan.
    Discard other jar's marinade.
    Add onion and garlic to pan and saute. Beat eggs with fork. Add crumbs. Stir in cheese, parsley, seasonings, artichokes and sauteed mixture. Bake in greased 9 x 11-inch pan for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0. Set 10 minutes before cutting. Can be served cold or hot.
