Easy Pot Roast With Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium boneless roast
4 to 5 medium potatoes, chopped
4 to 5 carrots, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 pkg. mushroom gravy mix
salt and pepper as desired
Worcestershire sauce as desired

Preparation

Cook
roast in crock-pot with water and gravy mix until slightly
tender.
Add
salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce, as desired.
Add chopped vegetables and cook until tender.
