Tuna Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    2 small onions
    1 can tuna
    1 qt. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Pare
    and
    slice
    or dice the potatoes.
    Peel and slice the onions.
    Cook these vegetables in a saucepan with a small amount of\twater
    so
    that the water will be used up when the vegetables are just tender.
    Add the tuna, milk, salt, pepper and
    butter. Heat
    slowly.
    Taste
    for
    further seasoning, if desired.
