Lamb Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless lamb
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. fresh or dry rosemary
    1 Tbsp. fresh or dry oregano
    1/2 c. white wine
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 large onion, minced
    lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    cut up onions
    mushroom caps
    red peppers
    green peppers
Preparation
    Cut up lamb into cubes.
