Zucchini Treat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. zucchini
    5 large eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/4 c. bread or cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 small clove garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. mixed dried Italian herbs
Preparation
    Wash and cut zucchini in quarters and cook in boiling slightly salted water until done.
    Don't over cook.
    Drain well, let cool, cut in small pieces and slightly squeeze out excess water.
    Place in a large bowl, add beaten eggs and all other ingredients.
    Mix very well.
    Oil bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Sprinkle some bread crumbs and smooth out.
    Spread mixture on crumbs.
    Sprinkle a few more crumbs and Parmesan cheese on top of mixture and bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 50 minutes or until brown on top.
    Can be served warm or can be cut in 2-inch squares when cold and served as hors d'oeuvres.
