Mock Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie shell
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs (separated)
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Mix together sugar,
    egg yolks, vinegar and cornstarch. Add boiling water.
    Cook
    like\tcustard
    (in a double boiler). Add lemon extract and cool.
    Put
    beaten
    egg
    whites
    on top. Place in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes to brown.
