Beef And Biscuit Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/4 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can tomato sauce
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 c. green chilies (optional)
    1/2 to 3/4 tsp. garlic salt (optional)
    1 can biscuits
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and chiles in large pan; drain.
    Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder and garlic salt.
    Simmer while preparing dough.
    Press 5 biscuits over bottom of ungreased 9 x 12-inch pan.
