Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. flour
2 beaten eggs
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix margarine, powdered sugar and 1 cup flour as for a pie crust.
Press in a 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Mix eggs, sugar, lemon juice, 2 Tbsp. flour and baking powder together and spread over crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cool and frost with powdered sugar and lemon juice.
