Linda'S Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. cream cheese
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Squeeze all of juice from pineapple.
    Mix with cream cheese. Combine other ingredients (reserving 1 cup pecans) and mix with cheese.
    Shape into ball and roll in remaining pecans.
    Serve with crackers.
