Brown Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced celery
    1 large onion, minced
    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. Geo. Washington golden broth seasoning
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms with liquid *
    1/3 c. sliced ripe olives
    2 c. cooked brown rice
    1 c. frozen peas
Preparation
    Simmer together celery and onion in oil.
    Add seasoning, mushrooms and olives; bring to a boil.
    Add 2 cups brown cooked rice and 1 cup peas.
    Place in greased loaf pan and heat in oven. Do not overcook the peas.
    Serves 6.
