Joe'S Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
    1 (12 oz.) jar yellow chile peppers
    2 Tbsp. pickling spices
    1 c. wine vinegar
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. turmeric
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Peel warm eggs and put in jar or Tupperware that has a lid. Pour liquid over eggs.
    Cover and marinate 2 days before refrigeration.
    Liquid may be reused by adding more hard-boiled eggs.
