Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 egg whites
1 1/2 c. skim milk
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
4 slices raisin bread crumbs (3 c.)
Preparation

Spray baking dish with Pam.
In large bowl, beat eggs and egg whites until foamy.
Beat in milk, honey and vanilla.
Stir in bread cubes.
Pour into baking dish.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
