Sweet And Sour Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

2 lb. pork sausage
1 1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. packed dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/4 c. water
Preparation

About 50 minutes before serving:
In large skillet over medium heat, brown sausage balls, one half at a time, until light golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Pour fat from skillet.
Return all balls to skillet.
Add catsup, brown sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice and 1/4 cup water.
Simmer, covered, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add pineapple chunks.
Simmer covered until heated through.
