Garden Special - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 qt. ripe tomatoes
1 qt. celery
1 qt. onions
1 qt. water
6 sweet peppers
3 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Dice peppers, onions and celery (coarse stalks and leaves may be used).
Add water and cook together for 20 minutes.
Add tomatoes, which have been peeled and cut up (not too small), and seasonings.
After it all comes to a boil, put in hot jars and process (30 minutes for quart jars and 25 minutes for pints).
