Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crescent rolls
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1/2 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch mix
    8 oz. pkg. shredded yellow cheese
    various vegetables, cut into small pieces (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, etc.)
Preparation
    Press crescent rolls in a pizza pan to make a crust.
    Bake 6 to 7 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cool.
    Mix together cream cheese, sour cream and Ranch mix.
    Spread over dough.
    Add various vegetables; sprinkle cheese on top.
    Chill for 1 hour.
