Spicy Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small mushrooms
    3/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
    1 bay leaf, crumbled
    1 tsp. tarragon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
Preparation
    Wipe mushrooms with damp towel.
    In a jar with a tight fitting lid, shake remaining ingredients until well mixed.
    Pour over mushrooms; cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 12 hours. Stir or turn occasionally.
    Serve as an appetizer or in a salad.
