Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken breasts, diced
2 c. celery, diced
1 c. water chestnuts, diced
1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. grated onion
grated cheese (enough to cover dish)
potato chips, crushed (enough to cover dish)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except cheese and chips. Pour into greased baking dish. Cover with grated cheese. Then top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 20 minutes or until it bubbles.
