Persimmon Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. persimmon pulp
Preparation

Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
Add oil, sugar, persimmon pulp and vanilla.
Mix.
Beat well.
Add flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and baking powder (sifted together).
Mix until blended; add raisins and nuts.
Divide batter into two well-greased loaf pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
Remove from pans and cool on rack.
