Chili-O Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. cut chicken parts
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 pkg. Chili-O seasoning mix
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Lightly grease skillet.
    Arrange chicken in single layer. Cover and cook slow for 30 minutes.
    Pour can of tomatoes, seasoning mix and water.
    Continue to cook 15 minutes or until chicken is done.
    Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
    A bit spicy, but yummy.
