Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 large bottles Italian dressing
1 1/2 c. halved Brussels sprouts
1 1/2 c. cauliflower flowerets, cut up
1 1/2 c. broccoli flowerets
1 1/2 c. baby carrots (sticks)
1 1/2 c. cucumber, sliced
1 1/2 c. cherry tomatoes, halves
1 green pepper, sliced thinly
1 small red onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
Preparation

In a saucepan, cook the Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli and carrots in a small amount of liquid, salted boiling water, until tender-crisp; drain.
