Spanish Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stewing hen or 2 fryers
    2 c. water
    1 carrot
    3 onions
    2 c. strained chicken broth
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can hot Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2/3 c. onions, sauteed in oleo
    1 (39 cent) pkg. Fritos (I guess this a small bag)
Preparation
    Stew chicken in water with carrot and onions.
    Cool; chop or dice all of chicken.
    Layer chicken, layer of Fritos and layer of cheese and repeat.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until brown.
