Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. grated cheese
    10 eggs
    3 3/4 c. milk
    minced onion (optional)
    dry mustard (optional)
    salt and pepper
    1 1/4 lb. sausage
    10 slices decrusted bread
Preparation
    Butter decrusted bread.
    Place bread slices in 10 x 15-inch pan. Mix eggs and milk.
    Season and pour over bread.
    Sprinkle browned and drained sausage over cheese.
    Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
    Bake uncovered for 35 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
