Nuteena A La King - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Nuteena, cubed
    2 medium onions, minced
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 c. white sauce
    1/2 c. grated mild cheese
    seasoning
    4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    6 slices buttered toast
Preparation
    Saute onions and mushrooms in margarine until tender.
    Season to taste.
    Add parsley and Nuteena and continue to brown at a low temperature.
    Prepare white sauce and when mixture is slightly thickened, add grated cheese.
    Stir until thoroughly blended.
    If mixture becomes too thick, add more milk.
    Combine the sliced eggs and Nuteena mixture with the white sauce and serve over the toasted bread.
