Carrot Puree - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 carrots
    4 to 5 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. cognac
Preparation
    Boil carrots until soft.
    Puree in Cuisinart all ingredients. Place in casserole and cool for 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
