Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. minced onion
4 Tbsp. flour
2 c. half and half
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Saute onion in butter.
Stir in flour.
Gradually stir in half and half until smooth.
Cook (stirring constantly) until mixture thickens.
Stir in mustard, salt and pepper.
Arrange 1/2 of potatoes in 3-quart baking dish.
Cover with 1/2 of sauce.
Repeat with other 1/2 of potatoes and sauce.
Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Remove cover and top with Cheddar cheese.
Bake until cheese is melted.
