Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    16 oz. cooked macaroni
    bell pepper to taste
    onion to taste
    Cheddar cheese to taste
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients well and pour over macaroni, cooked, drained and cooled.
    Add chopped Cheddar, medium onion and bell pepper.
