Brunch Cheese Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1 stick margarine, melted (or butter)
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 lb. sausage, browned, drained and crumbled
    12 slices bread, cut into small pieces
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    8 to 10 eggs, beaten
    4 c. milk
    pepper
Preparation
    Layer the sausage, bread and cheese in greased (9 x 12-inch) casserole, ending with cheese on top.
    Mix eggs, milk and pepper; beat well and pour over top of other ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour until bubbly and slightly browned.
    Serves 12 to 15.
