Red And Green Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh Blue Lake or French green beans, trimmed
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. whole grain mustard
    1 minced clove of garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    1/2 red onion, sliced thinly
    1/2 red bell pepper, cut into strips
Preparation
    Cook beans in 1 quart of boiling water until crisp and tender, about 8 minutes.
    Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking. Drain again.
