Texas Style Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. cider
1 tsp. chili powder
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
3 to 5 drops Tabasco
2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. oil

Preparation

Put all ingredients in a pan.
Bring to a boil.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
This is enough to baste 4 to 5 chickens.
