Karen'S Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
    1 c. diced Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. frozen peas, thawed and drained
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    2 Tbsp. fine chopped onion
    2/3 c. mayo
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as directed; drain well.
    Combine with cheese, peas, celery and onion.
    Combine mayo, milk, salt, parsley, sugar and pepper.
    Stir in vinegar.
    Add to macaroni.
    Mix well.
    Cover; chill thoroughly.
    Stir gently before serving.
