Bran-Sunflower Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 c. shredded bran cereal
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. molasses or honey
    1 c. sunflower nuts
    margarine, softened, or olive oil
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. margarine or olive oil
Preparation
    Grease 2 (8 1/2 x 2 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch) loaf pans.
    Mix 2 cups flour, sugar, cereal, salt and yeast.
    Heat water, milk, molasses or honey and 1/4 cup olive oil to 125\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
    Stir into flour mixture.
    Beat on low speed 1 minute, then on medium speed 1 minute.
    Stir in nuts and remaining flour, one cup at a time.
