Chilli Con Queso - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. minced onions
2 Tbsp. butter
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chillies
1 c. drained tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
Preparation

Brown onions in butter 5 minutes. Stir in chillies, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Simmer until most of the liquid is evaporated. Stir in cheese. Stir until melted. Serve with chips for dipping. Can be fixed in crock-pot.
