Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked zucchini, peeled, cubed and cooked in Teflon pan
    1 egg
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. Carnation or Milnot evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. or less sugar
    1 pie shell
Preparation
    Put all ingredients, except pie crust, into blender for approximately 15 seconds.
    Pour in frozen pie shell.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Then lower temperature to 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes more.
