Aunt Ruth'S Creamed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium sized potatoes
    3 c. white sauce
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    1 tsp. herbs
Preparation
    Peel and boil potatoes until easily stuck with a fork.
    Cool. Cut into cubes.
    Set aside in a bowl.
    Make white sauce.
    Season with salt, pepper, green onion and herbs.
    Add more to taste. Stir sauce over potatoes and mix well.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
